FDOT's Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) program provides a safe transportation system that ensures the mobility of people and goods, enhances economic prosperity, and preserves the quality of our environment and communities. FDOT supports the advancement of TSM&O through Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) by investing in research, exploratory studies, and infrastructure. One of the goals of FDOT's District Five TSM&O program is workforce development.
